This is a lightweight consensus tree algorithm package.

Simple make under proper system.
Compiler requirement: GCC version 4.8 or above.
Lower version compiler may work as well.

There are other files insides this packages as well.
They are mainly used for academic purpose only.
The scripts are used for testing performance of the algorithm.
