CMIP7: UKCM2: Investigate missing cubes

During testing for UKCM2, several variables gave error messages suggesting that cubes could not be found under the given constraints. This appears to be related to the data spanning 1900-01-01T00. This is potentially due to missing/corrupted data or improper formatting of a datetime stamp.

The affected variables are as listed below:

I think this is down to pre-existing data in the test run data directory -- please re-run and extract all data from scratch and see if this recurrs.

After re running, this error has resolved for all variables except ocean.so.tavg-ol-hxy-sea.day.glb (Oday.so)

I have updated the issue to remove those variables no longer effected.
