Gate Remote Mode routes based on type of account #31677

What is this about?
Only supported HW accounts should be able to setup the Remote Mode feature.
Note: For now, let's just check that the account's keyring supports signEip7702Authorization() and not restrict this to HW wallets, since this will enable faster dev iterations. Later on, we can add the extra logic to check if it's a HW wallet as well.
