[Bug]: Alert system UI regression

Describe the bug

The alert system design within Confirmations was updated here and rolled out with the 13.5.0 RC.

However, upon attempting a malicious transaction in 13.6.0, the alert system does not match. The Alert text was intended to be removed from the design system.

Solution: Remove the Alert text from the design system as it was in the above PR.
