id like to delete unsused or token addy with an error in it..... i click on hide and it always reappears..... i have a dozen of unused tokens and now i have to scroll down fo find balances |

Updates our eth-token-tracker dependency that was recently updated as a partial solution for #5055, namely the value of tokens showing as
0.000when the value is greater than 0.000MetaMask/eth-token-tracker#44
Work Remaining
Fix E2E tests that are broken by this. I guess it was a breaking change.
