[Bug] QR confirmations screen not appearing when confirming transaction

Build: 7.52

1. Add hardware wallet (QR)
2. Import QR accounts
3. Launch test dApp
4. Connect with QR account
5. Deploy ERC20/ERC721 contracts
6. Verify the confirmations screen appears to scan QR after confirming transaction

Expected: Confirmations screen appears to scan QR after confirming transaction

Actual: Confirmations screen does not appear
