Designs for Mobile Signing Screens

We need designs for signing screens
eth_sign, personal_sign, signTypedData

eth_sign and personal_sign (MetaMask/website#169) are pretty straighforward, can re-use what the extension does

signTypedData (MetaMask/website#170) needs to be able to handle nested data and has some extra info in the header. (Described in more detail in MetaMask/metamask-extension#5388, which will define the extension UI for signTypedData)

could easily be a slide-up screen that doesn't cover the entire dapp (like unlock, or Connect)

caveat - how do we make sure we fit all the data

signTypedData will need to handle nested data, there are very simple solutions to this (down-carrots etc) as we've started to discuss in MetaMask/metamask-extension#5388

@bdresser @cjeria pushing this to v1 since what we have for now is more than acceptable. If there's bandwith on design earlier, we can move it to public beta
