[Bug]: 'Do you want to download file.bin?' shown every time when 'View on Ertherscan' is clicked

Describe the bug

'Do you want to download file.bin?' shown every time when 'View on Etherscan' is clicked. On iOS devices only.

Expected behavior

User can navigate to Etherscan without seeing unrelated notifications.

• Portfolio view in in-app browser
• Go to "Transactions" tab and find an ETH mainnet transaction
• Open details in etherscan

Reproduced on 7.57.0 (2685), going to basescan from in app browser:

We should use the reborn browser to load this view. This site is not for dapp interactions so it doesn't need to use the mm-webview-browser
