If you open different confirmations shortly after one another, the wrong one is shown. This also happens when moving between Predict and Perps deposits.

1. Open the Predict deposit
2. Navigate back
3. Open the Predict withdraw
4. Do this a few times if you hit it at first

Not sure if it's the same issue, but after testing Malicious transactions on the test dapp and trying to send a transaction from the wallet, the wrong confirmation is displayed.

After Clearing privacy data, browser history, browser cookies and restarting the app, the issue is fixed:
