The error displays when login/import seed phrases on non-touchId devices

To Reproduce

1. Open Metamask on non-touchId devices or broken touchId devices
2. Go to login page
3. Enable login with touchID
4. Input correct credential
5. Submit and See error

Expected behavior
Should allow to login/import phrases,touchID is not related

• App Version [e.g. 1.0.0] - find version number in app from Settings > About MetaMask
