test: move onboarding tests to somke wallet platform

Description

• Updated RegressionWalletPlatform to SmokeWalletPlatform in onboarding tests
• Removed pull-to-refresh action since token list is no longer scrollable - (PR)
• Refactored error handling and cleanup process in withFixtures
• Added port availability checks and fallback mechanism for Anvil
