feat: Update points equations and details in Rewards ways to earn section cp-7.59.0

Description

This aligns the Swaps points equation to be anchored more similarly to the perps amount, fixes the perps description to be more consistent and convey how fee discounts affect perps points, and better clarifies how the loyalty bonus works.
