Updates Streams API to correspond to contemporary Node versions (v18) rather than Nodejs v10.

BREAKING: deps: Upgrade readable-stream from ^3.6.2 to latest ^4.5.2
- chore(devDeps): Bump @types/readable-stream to latest
- chore: Remove obsolete readable-stream.d.ts
