The initial release of all
@metamask/*packages in the monorepo.Note for reviewers
Our release process consists of the
publish-*.ymlactions in.github/workflowsand the use of@metamask/create-release-branch, invoked viayarn create-release-branchin the monorepo root. This PR was created via that utility, which created the branch and the first two commits. It uses@metamask/auto-changelogfor most of its changelog operations.Our versioning strategy (see
release.config.json) is "independent". This means that we can independently release and version our packages. The exception to this is the monorepo root package which, although private, increases its major version monotonically with each release (of any package(s)).
