Nether Wart with Auto Tool

Hi there.

Is it possible to collect nether warts with a hoe instead of axe? Or another way, just use any tool with Fortune enchantment. Because i can collect 50% more warts with it.

Was trying to search the same question in the Discord and here but without any luck.
Assume i shouldn't be a new with such question.

BTW, just realized the same problem with carrots, potato ... may be something else ...
