Description
Proxy/account buttons can be disabled, as well as "the logged in as" and the proxy status.
Can be useful if other clients/mods add buttons/text to the multiplayer screen (similar to auto reconnect).

How Has This Been Tested?
If only one button is enabled, it moves to the right. Same goes for the info text, it moves to the top.
