- Proceed if a job failed, aside repo clone, Python setup or build itself.
- Add a step to have a failed step when the link check fails, since it always results in a succeeded step by design.

Minor wording and attempt to solve spell checks inside of link URLs.
Check comments, titles and img alt attributes, but try to avoid checking the URLs in README.md
