Скрипт меняющий фон библиотеки Steam.
Добавьте аргумент --help для вызова справки.

Если после выполнения скрипта, ничего не изменилось, попробуйте запустить стим с аргументом '-dev'

Script changes Steam library background.
Add --help argument for help.

If nothing has changed after executing the script, try running steam with the '-dev' argument

Parameter	Type	Description
-i/--background_url	int	Background URL
-b/--background_blur	int	Background blur effect
-d/--background_darkness	float	Background darkness effect 0-1
-n/--hide_news	bool	Hide news (updated)
-vk/--vkplay_wallpaper	string	Set wallpaper using vkplay api (use store url/gcid/slug as string)
-foxes/--foxes_wallpaper	bool	Set random pic of fox as wallpaper
-p/--steam_path	string	Steam path

Uninstall

Just delete /steamui/css folder and restart your Steam
