Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the README documentation to rebrand "Microsoft Docs MCP" to "Microsoft Learn MCP" and adds Visual Studio as a supported client with one-click installation.
- Updated badge labels from "Microsoft Docs MCP" to "Microsoft Learn MCP" for consistency with the project name
- Added Visual Studio installation badge and integration to the supported clients table
- Reorganized the installation table to promote Visual Studio from manual configuration to one-click installation
