Description
I'd like to have a background task that can update my pinned tiles but can't find any information on how to do this. The closest thing I've found was this blog: http://mcnextpost.com/2015/05/29/writing-windows-10-app-services-in-javascript/
Is there no way to have a background task that uses hosted code?
