[WIP] upgrade to large nodes

• removed node pool restrictions to allow fluid upgrade (they are not needed, it's easier to just keep everything in 1 big happy node pool, if we set proper cpu and memory limits it's not a problem)

This ties into the monitoring tasks. If we don’t have visibility into what’s going on, we’ll run into issues eventually.

I think we have very good visibility using google console, what do you think is missing? better to write in another issue..
