I think that this test too abstract. We should test a concrete layout, not just that we able to deserialize what was serialized. I'll plan to change serialization in that manner that it will always serialized as elements if attribute flag is not specified explicitly (See tafia/quick-xml#369 for proposal for that). So you can change the test to reflect that (but also please specify a reason why it is ignored via |
