Description.

If the Actor Importer contains "Perte de SAN: 1d2/1d4" but no SAN, the importer reads the string as SAN: 1

If "SAN" or "Santé Mentale" is prefixed by "de " do not read as SAN value

Fixes Character importer / SAN Loss #1285
