Some screens show an error if the user does not have sufficient permissions

On certain screens, when a user lacks the required permissions, the application displays a error message instead of the expected "No Permissions" screen.

Expected Behavior:
The application should consistently display a clear "No Permissions" message or screen whenever a user attempts to access functionality without the necessary permissions.
