NonCanvasDialogExample scene description box cannot be selected and dragged

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to NonCanvasDialogExample scene
2. Select and drag scene's description box
3. See error: the scene's description box cannot be selected and dragged

Expected behavior

Scene's description box can be selected and dragged.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to InputFieldExamples scene
2. See error: the input field scene doesn't have a description box.

Expected behavior

When opening the scene a description box (selectable and draggable) should be part of it.

• Unity Version [e.g. 2021.3.21f1]

• MRTK Version 3 or Commit d74d59f

• HoloLens 2

This was detected as part of manual testing for next release signoff.
