Updated feeds

I forgot to followup #259 but all feed hosted on https://transport.data.gouv.fr are not feeds provided by network owners.
As described for example here, feeds are converted by French Governmental platform Transports from other OpenData feeds.

Are "converted" feeds (and not provided by network owners) allowed in that file?

Thanks, @bixcorp. Yes, these are allowed. In the future, we'll be building some tools to validate and grade datasets, but as long as a dataset is GBFS compliant, it should be represented in the catalog. Thank you!
