Purpose

To automate the build process using GitHub Action and make it easier to maintain.

Add

  1. git clone HKX2-Library and XML-Cake using git submodule.
  2. run dotnet command in .github/workflows/build.yaml to build.
  3. make the pre-built binaries easily available with upload-artifacts.
