The change allows
file://URLs to be parsed as files on the local filesystem rather than retrieving them via HTTP. This is useful if you already have the HTML files on local disk.The primary use case for this is for scenarios where you want to update the FQL script to parse a large set of HTML files without sending traffic to the live HTTP servers that serve them.
