Let's get this merged to work on a workflow to combine the artifacts and publish them to our artifactory (a workflow that depends on other workflows is only executed if it already exists on the main branch of a repo). |

Based on #16 to provide natives for MacOS on both Intel-based and Apple Silicon Macs.
On top of that, defines more Github Workflows to build the project for the different platforms.
Resolves #15.
