This removes some of the CoreRegistry usage from logic.behavior, though not all of it.

Action instances get fields injected by BehaviorTreeBuilder, but I don't think the same is true of BehaviorNode or Actor, so there are still some places in there using the global.

I don't know whether this ends up helping #5004.

Code-wise this looks fine, however on testing it with CoreGameplay + WildAnimals and spawning a deer via in-game console (spawnPrefab deer), I noticed that the deer reproducibly don't move anymore when I'm on this branch (on develop they do).
