it take 3 thing for server ip with -i arg port with -p file with -f

it take 2 thing for client ip with -i arg port with -p

it take a file from server and everytime client connected to server . server ask a quastion to start task or not! if you said yes it reads numbers from every row of file and separete them after that server send them to client and every client plus his number and send ot to server after that server plus all of them and display the answer
