Factory Sound Bug Reporting Guide

Quick Steps to Report an Issue:

1. Check the Categories Below:
   • 🔴 Critical: Site-breaking issues (e.g., payment errors, 404s).
   • 🛠️ Bug: Features not working as expected.
   • 🎨 Format: Styling or layout issues.
   • ➕ Missing Feature: Something needed but not yet implemented.
2. Log the Issue:
   • Go to Google Sheet Bug Tracker.
   • Fill in the Date, Type, Description, URL, and Browser/System.
3. Attach Files (if needed):
   • Upload screenshots or text files in the Attachments folder here.
   • Drag and drop files directly!
4. Example Report:
   • Date: 14/01/2025
   • Type: Bug
   • Description: Button misaligned on mobile.

   • Browser/System: Chrome, Windows 10
