Goal

Couple samuca's to SOC subroutines in DSSAT

How

  • Identify and link interfaces
  • Create N-related subroutine (use CANEGRO, CERES, etc)
  • Find testing dataset for sugarcane

Resources

Use branch test_samuca for simple regression test
