The PMRDialog class and the associated UI files are no longer being used. This dialog seems to have been replaced by the PMRRegisterDialog at some point as the two dialogs have almost identical UIs.

This PR addresses issue #87 and is built on top of PR #90.
The PMR workflow Import and Update menu actions have been removed and these options have been added to the PMR Tool.
