The Music Box is composed of:
- one Raspberry Pi 3 Model B;
- one microSD card (16 GB min) to store the Minimal image based on Debian Stretch;
- one RFID reader with the microchip RS522 (the Velleman VMA405 module for instance);
- some RFID tags to play with;
- eight Female/Female Jumper Wires to connect RFID reader to the Raspberry Pi GPIOs;
- a pair of USB speakers;
- a micro USB power supply (5V, 2A min).
For instance, you can buy all the electronic stuff you need to Atlantique Composants:
For the development process, you need extra hardware:
- one usb keyboard;
- one LCD display with HDMI cable.
Different techniques (3D printing, laser cutting, etc.) or material (cardboard, PMMA, PLA) can be used to make an enclosure to protect the electronic hardware.
