Time in location gives current local time

Can't get any of these to work:

• What time is it in California
• What time is it in Sweden
• What time is it in Alaska
• What time is it in New York

They all respond with my local time.

Recent changes address the last two. "California" isn't matched by any timezone identifier, but we could potentially add it to the timezone alias file that now exists. (You can say "what time is it in pacific time" or "what time is it pst"

I would like to add more geoprocessing support to Mycroft in general for many skills to use, as this can be tricky. Something like "extract_location()" that produces lat-lon, etc.
