Restart test: 5 days vs 2+3 days
# run for 5 days from cold start
../exec/econ -r foo --template /path/to/E6F40nopism -t0 1000-01-01 -t2 1000-01-05 --cold-restart -v
# run for 2 (cold start) + 3 days (continue)
../exec/econ -r bar --template /path/to/foo.R -t0 1000-01-01 -t2 1000-01-02 --cold-restart
../exec/econ -r bar -t1 1000-01-05

More complicated example...
../exec/econ.sh -r bar \
  --template /path/to/template.R \ # custom .R file
  -t0 1000-01-01 \ # start in Y1000
  -t2 1000-02-01 \ # ISTART2 for 2 months
  -t1 1100-01-01 \ # total run for 100 years
  -gc HEAD^^^ \ # 3 commits ago
  -rc /path/to/modelE.rc \ # custom modelErc file

-np 22 \ # runE option: num processors
  -t 30:00 \ # runE option: run time
