Add tools for validating and verifying output files #36

We should write some tooling that helps ensure that output files are being written correctly. In particular, we should test:

Whether individual output files have the correct number of PubMed articles.
Extract lists of all properties used, perhaps with sample values.
Make sure all the types make sense -- we could use SHACL to validate these!
