Figure out how to integrate OmniCORD into Omnicorp #69

It'll be nice to figure out how to get OmniCORD content into Omnicorp. There are two ways to do this at present:

Add support for processing CORD-19 JSON files to Omnicorp.
Write a program to convert OmniCORD tab-delimited output files to Omnicorp output Turtle files.

Approach 2 is way simpler and faster, so that's probably what we'll end up doing.

This isn't high priority for now, but I'm filing it so remember that this would be a cool thing to do.
