Trengs ved oppgradering av databaser i tilfelle oppgradering lokalt. Dersom dette ikkje kjøres kvar gong og du bumper versjonen lokalt vil migrering av databaser feile på migreringa som er splitta fordi btree_gist ikkje finnes.
