* Enable FB module in molecule * Fix beats path * changed_when false for pipelines That's very hard to check for and the command itself is more or less idempotent. So we deactivate changed_when for now fixes NETWAYS#9

Wir need to remove these lines to suppress repeating warnings about redundant configuration. But only on single node clusters of Elasticsearch 8.x and up. Elasticsearch 7 seems to still need it. Multi node clusters need it in any case.
