Use Case 1: Copy State From CSM to Another CSM.
Use Case 2: Add "VI Reference" State to CSM Module.
Use Case 3: Check CSM Template is as expected.
- Only 1 event structure should be used
- New State Notify User Event should be registered in UI Template.
