计划的方法： 通过名称进行标记，以 “.” 开头的模块，标记为系统级别的模块

目的： 创建系统级别的模块，例如调试模块，这样在系统退出的时候，调试模块不用退出，依然能运行在后台，目前的调试工具并没有使用 csm 框架，才能做到当前的效果
