- set to write access, to be able to deploy to gh-pages
- delete pandoc (not necessary)
- install python packages from requirements.txt
- cleaning: delete unnecessary commons give each step a name

- replace GITHUB_TOKEN with personal PAT (GH_PAT) - this ensure that you can push to main from remote branches.
- GITHUB_TOKEN for main - GH_PAT for forks
