* This is part of Issue #392.
Fixes the doxygen warnings in CALRAD_WCLOUD_newcrtm.f CALRCH.f
CALSTRM.f CALTAU.f CALTHTE.f CALUPDHEL.f.

* Fixed typo.

* Update to PR #458.
