Update CCPP suite in RRFS firewx config file

DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:

• The RRFS fire weather nest for the real-time runs was not working after last week's production switch. The default CCPP suite in the config.sh file was still set as FV3_HRRR_gf_nogwd. This PR updates the default CCPP suite to RRFS_sas_nogwd.

TESTS CONDUCTED:

Fixed in the real-time parallel on Dogwood by regenerating the rrfs_firewx experiment directory with the updated config.sh. Works as intended.
