[Dependency] nvidia-nat-openpipe-art installation fails due to external dependency conflict

Description

Installation of nvidia-nat-openpipe-art==1.4.0b5 fails because two packages require different versions of litellm:

• nvidia-nat requires litellm==1.74.9
• openpipe-art (external package) requires litellm==1.74.1

These exact version pins cannot be satisfied simultaneously, making the package uninstallable.

Steps to Reproduce

pip install nvidia-nat-openpipe-art==1.4.0b5

Expected Behavior

Package installs successfully.

Actual Behavior

Installation fails with dependency resolution error:

× No solution found when resolving dependencies:
╰─▶ Because nvidia-nat[litellm]==1.4.0b5 depends on litellm==1.74.9 
    and openpipe-art>=0.5.4 depends on litellm==1.74.1,

• Working: nvidia-nat, nvidia-nat-crewai, nvidia-nat-langchain

Additional Context

• PR Resolve dependency conflicts from nvidia_nat_openpipe_art package #1331 attempted to fix this but did not resolve the external dependency conflict
• litellm==1.74.9 is required for CrewAI compatibility
• External package openpipe-art is maintained by OpenPipe, not NVIDIA
