Summary
Add UI for viewing, editing and seeing the changelog/history of for OSMO configs. This functionality should only be visible to admins.
Person in Charge (PIC)
Motivation
CLI is not ideal for seeing the history and the changes at each step. Editing in a nice GUI is desired over CLI.
Problem
Admins will be able to edit, view and see the history for all OSMO configs
