[rivermax_player] rmx_output_media_commit_chunk return RMX_HW_SEND_QUEUE_IS_FULL

I use rivermax_player to send 2110-20 and 2110-30,  at the beginning of the run, the time to send a YUV frame is very small, but after running for a while, it takes about 16~17ms to send a YUV frame, and at this time, rmx_output_media_commit_chunk will return RMX_HW_SEND_QUEUE_IS_FULL.
