Describe the feature
The second item, CUDA-Q does not provide any utility to estimate Hardware Quantum Credits (HQCs). The current guidance is that customers run against the syntax checker and check the Nexus portal Quantinuum Systems Job tab.
The feature request is to add a function for quantinuum systems cudaq.quantinuum_cost(kernel: cudaq.kernel) -> float which submits a CUDA-Q kernel to a syntax checker (suffixed with SC, e.g., H1-1SC) and returns the HQC cost as a floating point number.
